- Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops.
- Rotate through various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge.
- Shadow senior managers and supervisors.
- Assist with departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring clear communication, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks and data entry.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Help in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in studio planning, production management and game production.
- Preferably Final Semester Students in Business Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Related Studies from Business Schools / Universities.
- Good critical thinking and data-analysis skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business operations and management principles.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Passion for game development and an understanding of production pipelines is a plus.
