Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing documents for corporate tax filings and compliance
- Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and reports
- Gather financial and business data for TP analysis and benchmarking
- Assist in reviewing prior-year TP reports and updating with current years information
- Conduct basic research on tax regulations, property related tax rules, and TP guidelines
- Organize and maintain proper tax documentation and filing systems
- Actively participate internal meetings to understand how tax supports the business
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects related to tax
Job requirements
- Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
- Basic understanding of Malaysian tax and/or transfer pricing concepts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
