Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare onboarding kits and coordinate orientation sessions
- Support the collection and filing of employee documents
- Assist in offboarding tasks such as exit interviews and clearance forms
3. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital files
- Support attendance and leave tracking systems
- Help manage HR documents such as contracts, memos, and warning letters
4. Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
- Help prepare employee feedback surveys and reports
- Support internal communication efforts
5. Data Entry & Reporting
- Input HR-related data into spreadsheets and HR systems
- Assist in generating simple HR reports (e.g. recruitment status, leave balance summaries)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM500.00 per month
