Responsibilities :
- 3D visualization - responsible for conceptualizing including material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective
- 2D drafting - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc.
- Complete work assignment within stipulated time.
- Site visits to collect information, take measurement and mting clients when required.
- Work with Project Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule.
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
- Coordination to resolve problem in design, fabrication and site installation.
- Assist in calculating specification and quantity for quotation preparation.
- Stay abreast with latest developments in design technologies and techniques.
- Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Interior Design field (Fresh graduate & internships are welcome).
- At least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
- Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): In-depth knowledge of Residential Interior Design, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max or SketchUp.
- Value added skill(s): Other design softwares
- Adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
