Job Role and Responsibilities:
SITPM (Senior Inside Training Program Manager) are responsible for creating positive outcomes for customers and the business. They play a key role in delivering success for teams and driving the work of Product Management (PdM) and Engineering Teams.
TPMs work collaboratively within and across disciplines to bring out the best ideas and help everyone contribute to the outcomes they are accountable to deliver.
They are responsible for defining project scope, setting milestones, and establishing timelines while considering technical feasibility and resource constraints.
Key Skills and Abilities:
TPMs are expected to have strong skills in opportunity analysis, customer and market signals, and solutions identification.
They should be proficient in building connections, relationships, and experiences across groups to understand the broader product/service family.
TPMs are also responsible for managing customer interactions effectively and ensuring that all aspects of a project align with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
TPMs collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
They are involved in collecting monthly and quarterly inputs for program updates, managing programmatic concerns and recommendations, and coordinating new/updated recordings with vendors.
Additional Information:
The role involves compiling measurement data, providing innovative solutions that maximize customer value, and delivering solutions that are audience-friendly, accessible, and sustainable for the long term.
TPMs are also responsible for escalating training specialist issues and concerns and supporting planning and scheduling as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
Minimum of 3 years team lead/manager experience
2+ years of experience in generating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth analytics, and utilizing various business intelligence systems to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects, with a emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
1 year of experience in leading direct sales enablement initiatives, with a deep understanding of the sales enablement process and the ability to build effective learning and adoption strategies to support sales teams in achieving their targets
Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Fluency with data analytic tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus
Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end strategy, and communicate results to leadership
Skilled in using data and metrics to drive improvements
Effective level written and verbal communication skills
