Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Tingkat Mahsuri 4, 11950 Bayan Baru, Penang
1) Handle monthly payroll processing for both full-time and part-time staff
2) Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
3) Manage the full recruitment process — from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding
4) Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
5) Oversee leave applications, attendance tracking, and other day-to-day HR operations
6) Develop and update company policies and SOPs for effective HR management
7) Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and procedures
8) Provide support and resolution for employee inquiries and HR-related issues
9) Cultivate a positive workplace culture through communication and employee engagement
10) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
11) Manage work permit and visa processes for foreign employees
Preferred Qualifications
1) Prior HR experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
2) Familiar with HR systems and payroll software
3) Have knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
4) Excellent organizational and communication skills
5) Able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
6) Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently
