Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Recruitment: Creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting reviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into the company culture by handling new employee paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary information and training.
- Employee Relations and Development: Managing Employee Queries and Conflicts, Performance Management & Training and Development.
- Compensation, Benefits and Compliance: Payroll and Benefits Administration, Policy and Legal Compliance, Maintaining Records.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: HR Planning, Data Analysis, Promoting Company Culture.
- Assist in maintaining HRFW documentation
- Assist in managing HR Foreign Workers administrative works i.e. work permit, FOMEMA, Immigration & others.
- To handle all immigration/embassy/related government agencies approval and other related works
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree in HR/Management/Marketing
- Exposure to labour law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Able to work without supervision with good working attitude.
- Must possess own transportation & valid driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
