Job Requirement :
1. Background / Experience in Human Resources experience or related field .
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
3. Good English in Advantage
4. Friendly, Presentable, Outspoken and personable demeanour.
Jobscope :
1. Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
2. Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
3. Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
4. Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
5. Manage the full cycle of recruitment for clients from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, interview process, and other pre-hiring activities.
6. Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
7. Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
