1. Job Title: Human Resource Executive
2. Responsibilities
1. Manage and drive the entire HR functions covering recruitment, Manpower planning within company guidelines and directions.
2. Manage day-to-day operations related to HR and Admin task.
3. Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and Programs.
4. To ensure compliance with Malaysia Labor Laws, Industrial Act, Other Statutory Act and agreements in conditions of Employee relations.
5. Administer recruitment process including selection & short Listing, preparation of letters, induction of new recruits, prepare staffing reports, and update HR Information System and maintenance of personal files.
6. To assist HR Manager in recruitment process including sourcing candidate, job advertisement, resume screening, interview arrangement and to ensure that the vacancies are timely & cost effectively fulfilled by right candidate for right job.
7. Preparation of monthly payroll and various payroll reports.
8. Timely submission of document for statutory payment.
9. Closely monitor foreign workers / expatriate perm.it expiry details and submit for on time renewal of work permit
10. Closely monitor and follow up day to day HR administration task i.e staff confirmation, resignation management, employee assessment, contract etc.
3. Qualification &Experience
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience, with strong knowledge in Compensation & Benefits.
3. Experienced in Info-Tech, Foreign Workers Application & Renewal, as well as Industrial Relations & Employee Relations (IR & ER).
4. Familiar with liaising with various regulatory bodies.
5. Hands-on experience in ISO documentation and as an auditor.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Working Hours & Days
8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
