1) Support in hiring, staffs issues/ discipline, policies.
2) Assist and support HOD in any audit matters.
3) To conduct worker exiting @ resigned interview.
4) Take charge of new join foreign workers orientation, distributing uniform, canvas shoes/ safety shoes to the workers.
5) To take charge incoming foreign workers on boarding process which include FOMEMA, endorsement 1st permit and bank account.
6) Liaise with clinic and arrange foreign worker FOMEMA and liaise with the clinic or hospital for foreign worker sickness issues.
7) Ensure work permit of foreign workers are renewed and received on time.
8) Ensure all foreign workers’ passports are valid throughout their employment period with the company assist them on their passport renewal.
9) Handle training: Plan, coordinate sessions/ training activities with the collaboration of the respective department or employees, conduct inductions and familiarization for new workers, also briefing if any new Human Resource policies, procedures, rules and regulations or information sharing , maintain and upkeep records of individual employee training and competency records.
10) Oversees admin task such as requisition for office supplies/ equipment's and uniforms.
11) To perform in Pest Control activities, contract validity, servicing, billing, valid Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and monthly reports for in house/ vendor as well.
12) To assist organize company event such as birthday and festival celebration or gathering.
13) Monitoring and distribution on safety shoe and company annual uniform.
14) Ordering and distribution of company yearly uniforms.
15) Liaise with local authorities on license, permits application and bill matters.
16) Submit monthly billings on timely manner.
17) Ensure company compound, rest/ canteen area is clean and tidy.
a. Manage one (1) cleaner under Human Resource and Administration Dept.
18) To understand and support the OSH, QMS and EMS policies and objectives.
19) To comply with all OSH and EMS rules and regulations, procedures, statutory laws and requirements.
20) To occasionally perform any other related ad hoc tasks as the Top Management may deem suitable and assigned from time to time.
