We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment space.
Your Contribution as a Talent Sourcing Specialist
Become a Talent Powerhouse!
- Assist with candidate sourcing and profiling
- Manage and update candidate databases
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Support recruitment activities for junior to mid-level roles
- Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment
The Key Competencies to be a Rockstar!
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field
- Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Not required to handle clients – this is a backend support role
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous but not compulsory

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
