Talent Acquisition Internship
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the HR team in managing the recruitment and hiring process for internship placements. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding of interns.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to align on recruitment plans and internship requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other forms.
- Screening and shortlisting potential candidates to ensure quality hires.
- Researching and suggesting new recruitment channels to strengthen hiring strategies.
- Supporting talent sourcing and headhunting efforts.
- Assisting in recruitment activities, including developing partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in HR functions and people management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
- Willing to complete the internship on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
