What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team in daily operations and projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employer branding, onboarding, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
- Support and manage ongoing employer branding project (e.g. social media content, outreach, research)
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Handle various HR admin tasks, including documentation, filing, and office-related HR matters
- Support general HR activities and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
