Job Description
a) Performing administrative tasks.
b) Handling the recruitment process.
c) Organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
d) Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
e) Handling hostel inspection and overseeing security and housekeeping section on daily operation activity.
f) Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
g) Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company.
h) Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
i) Overseeing social events.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
a) Min Degree or equivalent.
b) Knowledge of computer is preferred.
c) Strong inter-personal skill in human relation.
d) Able to work independent.
