Key Responsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and placement of employees.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policy.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, and ensure accurate time attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate training program for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in palm oil or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, and foreign worker management.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
