We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Help organize training sessions and employee development activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
