- Benefits & Payroll:Assist with benefits administration, gather data for payroll processing, and respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Support recruiters by scheduling interviews, preparing job ads, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
- HR Support:Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Documentation & Compliance:Prepare various HR documents such as offer letters and employee handbooks, update company policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- HR Operations:Manage HR correspondence, update employee databases, and help with the logistics of training and HR events.
