Key Responsibilities
Oversee office administration including canteen, security, cleaning, hostel, and transportation arrangements.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement activities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in administrative functions.
Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (Malaysia Employment Act, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Language Proficiency
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Mandarin is an added advantage (as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterpart or documents).

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team player and proactive.
