Working Hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are looking for a focused, meticulous, and independent individual to join our team in managing employee-related documentation and tasks, especially those involving dealings with government departments and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and manage official documents related to government matters such as FOMEMA, Immigration, and others.
2.Handle employee matters including bank account openings, uniform distribution, and maintaining uniform and inventory records.
3.Communicate politely and professionally with all levels of employees, including foreign workers.
4.Organize and maintain employee files and records systematically (both physical and digital).
5.Support daily HR tasks including attendance tracking, leave management, recruitment processes, and general office duties.
6.Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company-related information.
7.Carry out any other HR-related tasks as directed by management from time to time.
