We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of our short-term rental units. The role ensures high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest readiness across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned units.
- Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet Perfect Host standards.
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance.
- Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and guest service.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Address and resolve guest or management feedback related to cleanliness.
- Prepare schedules, track housekeeping progress, and report to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in hospitality or short rental units.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Must be willing to work at Imperio & The Straits, Melaka locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
