Job Summary:
The Hock Man is responsible for manually loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials such as goods, packages, or raw materials. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and attention to safety procedures to ensure efficient material handling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually lift, carry, and stack materials (e.g., boxes, bags, cartons, or industrial goods).
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, containers, or pallets.
- Sort and organize materials in designated storage areas.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment
- Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other manual labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Work Conditions:
- Physically demanding (standing, bending, lifting for long hours).
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (warehouse, outdoor work).
- Safety gear (gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.) may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 17 per week
