Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Fully follow Gym SOP & Policy.
- Engaging with customers with feedback and resolving issues independently.
- Perform routine equipment checks for safety and gym cleanliness.
- Achieve gym sales target.
- Attended first level service maintainence to equipment and facilities.
- Continue improving the gym operations flow, performances
Requirements :
- Proficient in spoken English
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
- Physically capable of reracking weights
- Familiarity with gym equipment is an added advantage
Working Hours (Shift-based):
3-Shift Arrangement:
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
2-Shift Arrangement:
- 7am - 4pm
- 3pm - 12am
Shift schedule may vary depending on manpower availability (either 2 or 3 shifts per day).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
