Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team specializing in personalized products. In this role, you will design and prepare high-quality artwork for a wide range of customized items such as tiffin, tumbler, mugs, stationery and gift set. The focus will be on applying pre-set design templates, fonts, and graphics to individual customer personalization (e.g., names, messages, photos) while ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and production-readiness. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and production teams to translate client ideas and requests into professional, print-ready artwork.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Design Personalization
- Design personalized products such as tiffin, tumbler, mugs, stationery, gift set and other merchandise based on customer requirements.
- Apply customer-provided details (e.g. names, dates, short text, photos) into existing product design templates.
- Review and interpret customer briefs, design inputs, or uploaded artwork.
- Create mock-ups and visuals for customer approval before production
2. Design Adaptation & Editing
- Edit existing templates or artwork to meet customer specifications.
- Adjust text, colours, layout, or graphics to suit product size, shape, or material.
- Ensure all customer designs meet print/production standards (resolution, alignment, bleed, etc.).
3. Customer Interaction (if applicable)
- Provide visual mockups or proof files for customer review and approval.
4. Pre-Production & Print File Preparation
- Prepare and export high-resolution, print-ready files for production.
- Ensure file formats, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and die-cuts meet printing requirements.
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot and finalize output.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and production departments.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance the customization experience and design variety.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a product or print-based business.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)
- Familiarity with print processes and file setup for various production methods (screen printing, sublimation, digital print, etc.).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow customer instructions accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and prioritize efficiently.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
