We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing and management teams to create compelling visuals that captivate, convert, and engage global and regional audiences. Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Content Creation
- Create engaging visuals for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS), staying on top of content trends.
- Design web and mobile-friendly layouts for websites, microsites, and landing pages.
- Develop sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with brand and business goals.
- Adapt and design for UI placement in B2B or POS systems, ensuring functionality across tablets and mobile interfaces.
Optional Creative Work (If Skilled)
- Support video campaigns with editing and post-production (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Assist in UI/UX design tasks such as wireframes, prototypes, or mockups.
Collaboration & Brainstorming
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to conceptualize and iterate on creative ideas.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and respond to feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or the B2B industry.

Design Tools: Proficiency in key graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma/Sketch for website and UI design.
- Video Editing Tools (Preferred): Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any other video editing/animation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Trends: Familiarity with platform-specific design trends, particularly for social media (Instagram, TikTok, XHS) and an understanding of how to adapt to different audience behaviors.
- Content Optimization: Strong ability to optimize content for varying contexts: mobile, tablet, and high-res print environments.
- Project Management: Experience using collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Brand Consistency: Strong understanding of maintaining alignment with brand identity, tone, and target market for all deliverables.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: A team player who can take feedback constructively and is comfortable working on tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Optional Skills: UI/UX design for digital platforms, familiarity with POS systems, or video editing experience is a bonus.
