ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Graphic and Packaging Designer with 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience to support the growing creative needs of a multi-brand, multi-category business. You will contribute across a wide range of design work — from retail packaging and product branding to marketing content and corporate visuals
You should have a solid portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and confidence working across both print and digital formats. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on broader responsibilities and contribute to strategic brand development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Branding and Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain visual identity systems across brands and business units
- Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints — packaging, marketing, digital, and internal communications
Packaging Design
- Design product packaging including boxes, sleeves, labels, inserts, and in-box materials
- Prepare die-lines and production-ready artwork aligned to brand guidelines and shelf appeal
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate execution and print quality
Marketing and Sales Collateral
- Create brochures, catalogues, POS displays, sales kits, trade materials, and event visuals
- Support both B2B and B2C communication needs for product launches and commercial outreach
Digital Design
- Design social media content, website graphics, email visuals, and online advertising
- Plan and schedule social media content in collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure digital designs are optimized and aligned with brand and campaign messaging
Internal and Corporate Materials
- Design assets for internal communications, presentations, reports, and employer branding
- Support company-wide brand rollout and leadership storytelling needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product development, sales, and manufacturing teams to understand project goals
- Translate briefs into effective, visually engaging outcomes with minimal supervision
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Portfolio showcasing packaging, marketing, and brand identity projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Familiar with packaging production, print processes, and working with die-lines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration and time management skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED)
- Experience with 3D mock-ups or rendering tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender)
- Skilled in motion graphics or video editing
- Basic photography or experience with product/lifestyle photo shoots
- Exposure to FMCG, homeware, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Interest or knowledge in sustainable design and eco-packaging materials

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
