Job Description :
- Welcoming visitors: Greet clients and guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Managing communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Supporting the team: Assist with various administrative tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
- Organizing the office: Maintain office supplies, manage mail, and ensure a tidy and professional workspace.
- Coordinating logistics: Assist with travel arrangements and package deliveries as needed.
- Maintaining records: Keep visitor logs and vehicle records up-to-date and organized.
- Ensuring confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic requirements :
- Pleasant Personality: A warm, approachable, and pleasant personality to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
- SPM qualified: Minimum SPM certification required, with at least 1 year work experience
- Bilingual communicator: Fluency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.
- Friendly personality: A positive attitude and professional demeanor to represent the company well.
- Quick learner: Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the role.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
