- Prospect and acquire new e-commerce clients for logistics and fulfillment services.
- Sell services including warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to offer customized logistics solutions for online businesses.
- Build long-term relationships with e-commerce brands, marketplaces, and online retailers.
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, platforms (Shopify, Tik tok lazada, etc.), and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
