Customer Service cum Client Relations Assistant, (Administrative role)
Bilingual (English & Tamil to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders)
5 day work week, all weekdays
Monday to Friday
RM 10 per hour ( weekly 10 hours )
Paid monthly
- Provide live chat and social media support to customers
- Respond to inquiries and issue resolutions promptly
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on customer needs
- Maintain clear and accurate customer communication records
- Own Laptop
