Job Overview
We are seeking a creative Video Content Creator to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that resonates with our audience and promotes Bjak’s brand and services. You will play a key role in growing our presence by creating viral and highly shareable videos that connect with our target demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, film, and edit TikTok/Instagram video content that is creative, engaging, and aligned with Bjak’s brand.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content that supports key campaigns and initiatives.
- Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing videos that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Actively engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and monitoring performance metrics to improve content strategy.
- Assist with brainstorming new ideas for creative content and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating video content on TikTok or Instagram with a portfolio or account that demonstrates creativity, video production, and engagement.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's or Instagram's platform, audience, and algorithm.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to work creatively and independently, while collaborating with the marketing team.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for trends and viral content.
- Applicants must submit a TikTok video assessment as part of the application process. The video will be evaluated on creativity, engagement, and production quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Flexibility to attend in-office sessions as required for content shoots or brainstorming meetings.
