Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all international and domestic freight movements (air, sea, and/or land).
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, and customs brokers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients and addressing delays or issues.
- Manage customer queries and provide excellent service related to freight forwarding activities.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing and cost control.
- Support the sales team with rate quotations and service offerings.
- Collaborate with warehousing and distribution teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of both import and export procedures.
- Experience with air and sea freight handling.
- Familiarity with HS codes, tariff classifications, and trade compliance issues.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
