- Ensure efficient, accuracy and punctuality with custom processes of Royal Malaysia Custom Department (RMCD) and all Other Government Agencies (OGA) meeting client specifications.
- Attend to others government agency requirements.
- Manage customs inquiry from customer, import CS/export CS and other relevant dept.
- Prepare, coordinating and submission for all related documentation for import / export / transhipment custom clearance. (eg. K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K8, K9, MAQIS, SIRIM, CIDB, FOSIM, FAMA, ETC.)
- Follow up with the status for all import / export / transhipment custom clearance status until shipment release.
- Source and negotiate service provider for much competitive rate to keep cost low.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customs, agents, service providers, colleagues and customers.
- Ad-hoc assignments delegated by superiors.
