Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Team Management:
Overseeing a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating routine maintenance activities, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment malfunctions.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe working environment.
Resource Management:
Managing resources, including tools, equipment, and parts, to support maintenance operations effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining records of maintenance activities, preparing reports on project progress, and documenting equipment repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Leadership and Communication:
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with others.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and make informed decisions.
Safety Awareness:
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to mechanical maintenance.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities effectively.
Experience:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within mechanical maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
