The Florist Assistant cum Retail Services plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the retail, production, and design teams. This role involves assisting with flower preparation, supporting retail services, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position is ideal for someone with a passion for floristry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks across departments.
- Flower Preparation: Assist with cutting, cleaning, hydrating, and conditioning flowers to ensure quality and longevity.
- Workspace Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace, including floral storage and arrangement tools.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance to walk-in customers during retail hours, offering bouquet selection guidance, and managing POS transactions.
- Retail Support: Assist with retail displays, decorations, and product presentation, ensuring an appealing and organized environment for customers.
- Event & Setup Support: Assist with floral setups for events and special arrangements, ensuring that designs meet company standards.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries through Lalamove and in-house runners, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.
- Delivery Quality Checks: Take photos for quality check and update the delivery WhatsApp group with delivery status and confirmations.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Assist with routine stock checks, floral supply inventory, and ensure that stock levels are accurately reported to supervisors.
- General Assistance: Provide additional support to the retail team during busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions.
- Tools & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of tools, containers, and other equipment used in floral arrangements and retail activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
