Position Title : A2R Fixed Asset (FA) Intern
Report to : A2R FA Supervisor & A2R Manager
Summary: A2R FA intern will be responsible for Fixed Assets and Lease accounting. This role requires work on month-end close activities and daily tasks. Interns will gain practical experience on A2R FA. The internship offers opportunities for interns to gain exposure on finance system, understand accounting regulations, audit process, collaborate with finance and non-finance teams and apply their knowledge learned to professional practice. The main responsibilities include, but not limited to, posting manual journals, balance sheet reconciliations, lease recognition, Fixed asset maintenance and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team on daily assets maintenance tasks and month-end close activities
- Assist team on posting manual journals in JDE.
- Assist team on maintaining Fixed Assets Master Data.
- Assist with Physical asset counts.
- Shared Mailbox Management: Monitor and organize the shared mailbox used by the team.
- Assist team with Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Degree in Accountancy, Business or any other relevant fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment.
