Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Fitness Trainer to join our team. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for guiding clients in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training programs, proper exercise techniques, and motivational support. The candidate must be able to deliver high-quality training sessions, ensure client safety, and maintain a professional and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to client goals and fitness levels.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct client posture when needed.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their health and fitness objectives.
- Track client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
- Promote the company’s services to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to client retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Sport Science or related fields .
- Previous experience as a fitness trainer or coach is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and anatomy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises correctly.
- Professional, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (10AM - 6PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
