- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (Half-day)

To support continued business growth, they are seeking a capable and experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance, accounts, and admin functions in a structured and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
- Provide insights and financial data to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze financial performance and monitor key business indicators.
Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
- Maintain organized records and strong internal controls.
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Monitor day-to-day cash flow and manage company liquidity.
- Optimize working capital and oversee all payment processes.
- Handle salary, commission, and payout processes with confidentiality.
- Manage banking relationships and follow up on receivables and invoices.
- Maintain SQL accounting system and assist in preparing financial proposals.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Prepare and submit required tax and statutory reports.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide the finance, accounting, and admin team.
- Provide training, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and other teams on finance matters.
Cost Control & Risk Management
- Identify areas to control costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide financial risk assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate investment and business expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage (to liaise with certain stakeholders).
- High integrity, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Preferably below 45 years old due to team dynamics and succession planning.
