Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditor, provide necessary information and explanations during the audit process.
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for day-to-day transactions.
- Ensure efficient operation and thorough documentation of financial systems including handling of incoming and outgoing funds, maintain records, budgetary planning, and accounts managing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry.
- Good working knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated person.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Requirement: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
