Job Title : FIELD SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations at the site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Plan and allocate manpower for various operational tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet business objectives.
- Monitor staff performance on-site, providing feedback and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Handling hostel and staff inspection every week and make a report to HQ Operation Team
- Buy and get things needed for hostel accommodation for new deployment
- Take care of staff welfare
- Handling to bring / sending / picking workers from one place to other place if needed
- Handling operation on deployment and field works
- Assist all operation task required by Operation Team from HQ.
- Ensure that all employees have valid passports and work permits required for their roles. This includes tracking expiration dates, renewing documents in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and update employee documentation to ensure it meets legal and regulatory requirements
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director or senior management to support the overall operations and growth of the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in related field.
- Good communication skills both written and oral : English and Bahasa Malaysia,
- Proven experience in operations, client management and team supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
