Job Summary:
Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture around the seven credos (values) which are exceptional service, integrity, teamwork, trust and transparency, quality and standard of excellence, innovation and accountability
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the F&B team, including servers, bar and other support staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service by monitoring staff performance and providing feedback and training as needed.
- Assisting in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on F&B operations, including sales, labour costs, and performance metrics.
- To check on the personal appearance of the F&B team.
- Participating in the implementation of new initiatives, promotions, and events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, and service standards.
- Well groomed, good in personality and presentable, possess good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing guests with a memorable experience.
