Job description
The F&B Manager of Operations in Panji Prisma is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the F&B outlets located in Langkawi, Georgetown & Petaling Jaya, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service standards. The Manager will lead strategic planning, manage daily operations, and drive business growth while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, and requires familiarity with the local market, regulations, and customer preferences. However, we are looking for candidate that willing to travel across our outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high service standards and product quality across all outlets.
2. Financial Management:
- Set and monitor budgets, financial targets, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Analyze financial performance, optimize costs, and implement corrective measures to achieve profitability goals.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, control operational costs, and monitor cash flow to ensure financial health.
3. Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, including cafe managers, chefs, and support staff.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills, service quality, and overall performance.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to build a strong and capable team.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all outlets deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to improve overall satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all outlets comply with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
- Implement strategies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize inventory turnover.
7. Marketing and Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences to drive growth.
- Expand the business by exploring new locations, partnerships, and service offerings.
8. Technology Integration:
- Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business intelligence (e.g., POS systems, CRM, analytics tools).
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations that can enhance the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
