Manage facility operation, preventive maintenance, building maintenance and customers interfacing
Response to all ITP/ITS related issue
Response to breakdowns, complaints and defects
Ensuring tracking of equipment performance, trend and analysis
Manage daily equipment logging checklist reviewing
Conduct building's safety and defect inspection
Attend to unscheduled projects
Vendor management
To work closely with client and vendors to enhance safe, smooth and reliable facilities operation
To check all abnormalities happening in the facility system and its feedback system effectiveness to avoid recurrence
To instill quality thinking into all facility personnel and promote cleanliness, safety and accident anticipation
To formulate and constantly improve the efficiency and reliability of facility systems
Evaluate and recommendation of services enhancement
Can work with minimum supervision
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Degree in engineering Electrical/Mechanical
- Tough yet pleasant, high initiative, independent and possess leadership qualities
- Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Command good working relationship internally and externally
