Job Description:-
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including but not limited to the security guard house, workers’ hostel, machinery, tools, equipment, and related facilities.
- To work with relevant departments to source for vendors/ contractors to carry out the maintenance/ repairs works for facilities/ machines and equipment, review and compare the terms and conditions of the quotations before proposing to Management;
- Coordinate with departments and appointed vendors/contractors to schedule and oversee the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of office facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Ensure all office facilities, machinery, and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- To maintain proper records and filing system for maintenance/ repairs works for our facilities, machines and equipment, etc.;
- To perform other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:-
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Must be able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin.
- Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
