Job Description (Mechanical)

• Perform regular Preventive Maintenance on Mechanical parts.
• Carrying out and perform schedule for Preventive Maintenance.
• Provide support for equipment setup, tools recovery & corrective maintenance.
• Responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization facilities.
• Services, repairing, troubleshooting Cooling Tower, Air Cond, Water Pump and other M&E parts.
• Respond and resolved any complaints from clients.
• Responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization facilities.
• Any other additional works as and when required by the superiors

Job Description (Civil)

• Respond and resolved any complaints from clients within action time.
• Carries out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, roofing, gutter, wall crack, drainage and etc for all buildings.
• Coordinates repair work with contractor
• Any other additional works as and when required by the superiors

Requirement

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced in Facilities Maintenance work is an advantage.
