Job Responsibilities
- Total responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance management of the entire plant and building. (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, CDA, FLSS, DP, etc)
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance equipment for smooth operation of the plant, managing and leading preventive maintenance work as per schedule (CMMS) and coordinate with service/repair contractor.
- Regularly check and monitor the performance of machinery and systems to ensure they are operating within desired parameters.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures, to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Make necessary adjustments to equipment settings or processes to optimize performance or meet operational needs.
- Record operational data such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and production output for analysis and reporting.
- Monitoring performance, troubleshooting, maintained and determining, needed repairs and improvements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local health, safety, and fire regulations, keeping the facility hazard-free.
- Maintain adequate stock of maintenance tools and replacement parts. Coordinate with vendors for major repairs or new equipment procurement.
- To coordinate, provide supports to Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer and managing external parties such consultant/contractors.
- Attend to any other duties assigned by Supervisor, Engineer and Manager.
Skills
- Familiar with CDA system and clean room
- Electrical knowledge – reading wiring diagrams, troubleshooting circuits, basic PLC understanding.
- Mechanical skills – repairing motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and other moving parts.
- HVAC & plumbing basics – for facilities maintenance.
- Equipment troubleshooting – using diagnostic tools, root cause analysis.
- Preventive maintenance (PM) – performing scheduled inspections and servicing.
- Hydraulics & pneumatics – operation and repair.
- Welding and fabrication – basic metalwork repairs.
- Computer literacy – using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders
Education
- Preferably Electrical Chargeman Certification. ( AO - A4 )
- Technical Certifications in HVAC, PLC programming, Electrical systems or Mechanical maintenance

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
