Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Representative to grow our international customer base for PVC food cling film. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong distributor relationships, and executing export sales strategies. The successful candidate will have exposure to the fast-moving international sales market and work together with the export team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and expand export markets, focus on acquiring new and developing existing B2B customers to achieve revenue target.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and payment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, pro forma invoices, and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfactory customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in target regions.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry event.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in plastic packaging. Experience in dealing with distributors, retailers or food packaging-related businesses is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiar with Incoterms, shipping terms, and international payment methods.
- Able to travel internationally.
- Results-oriented and self-driven with high level of cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Comfortable with cross-border communication and time zones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
