Job Description
Ability to host events on social media platforms like TikTok Live
- Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions to promote products, answer customer questions, and generate sales.
- Present products in a lively, engaging, and informative way that aligns with brand voice and values.
- Interact with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, address questions, and build a community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and eCommerce teams to plan themes, product features, and campaign tie-ins for each live session.
- Help drive traffic and follower growth through consistent and strategic live-streaming.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with TikTok trends, live-stream strategies, and audience behavior.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a TikTok Live Host or similar role in live selling.
- Prior experience as a live host, presenter, or influencer (TikTok, Instagram Live, or similar platforms).
- Strong on-camera presence, confidence, and charisma.
- Excellent communication and improvisation skills.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle (depending on your brand focus).
- Ability to understand product features and communicate them clearly and persuasively.
- Willingness to appear regularly on camera and engage with a live audience.
- Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, features, and live-stream tools.
