Position Overview
Responsible for monitoring stock levels and delivery planning across all service branches (regions). Ensure that stock holding and trip deliveries are completed within the required timeline, and that all daily operations related to service branches are well-managed and controlled.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels at branches to ensure availability meets demand while optimizing storage and transportation costs.
- Use stock forecasts to plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
- Plan and assign daily delivery routes, maintain communication with drivers, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Liaise with appointed logistics partners for delivery and collection arrangements.
- Coordinate stock deliveries between the warehouse and relevant departments or branches.
- Communicate with branch managers regarding booking times, delays, or delivery concerns.
- Fulfill stock order requests from departments or service branches.
- Track delivery times, transport costs, and evaluate performance to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1-2 years or above working experience in Logistic/Shipment Import Export/Transportation/Supply Chain field would be an added advantage.
Technical & Management Skills:
- Good time management skill
- Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc.
- Communication skill: able to communicate well with all department.
Personal & Interpersonal skills:
- Good attitude, responsible and discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
