Job Summary:
- This role supports key marketing functions including A&P initiatives, menu development, POS and web ordering menu setup, as well as digital channel management.
- The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in ensuring promotional campaigns and menu launches are executed effectively, while maintaining up-to-date and relevant digital content to support brand and business objectives.
GOAL AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Advertising & Promotions (A&P): Support the planning and execution of A&P initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Menu Development Support: Assist in coordinating marketing efforts related to new menu launches, seasonal offerings, and product improvements.
- POS & Web Ordering Setup: Ensure timely and accurate setup of POS systems and web ordering menus for new stores, campaigns, and menu changes.
- Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and relevant brand presence online.
RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACTIVITIES
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies and tools to support overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives, including strategy development and coordination with external agencies to ensure relevance and effectiveness across digital platforms.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and content updates of the company website, ensuring accuracy and a user-friendly experience.
- Ensure timely setup and maintenance of POS systems and web ordering menus for new store openings, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Manage marketing documentation, budgets, and vendor relationships to support seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Support and participate in advertising and promotional (A&P) activities, including on-ground events, brand activations, and product launches.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the management team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing related fields.
- Prior experience in marketing-related functions within the F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
