Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, Train & Motivate Your Team
- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the properties
- Mentor, guide, and train staff to deliver consistent quality service
- Build a positive, team-oriented work culture where everyone feels valued
2. Maintain High Presentation Standards
- Set clear expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and property presentation
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on improvement actions
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and upkeep
3. Manage Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory of cleaning products, linens, and amenities
- Plan stock usage efficiently and reduce wastage
- Keep accurate supply records and request replenishments in advance
4. Plan & Coordinate Housekeeping Schedules
- Create effective cleaning rosters for daily operations and deep-cleaning projects
- Work with operations to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
- Allocate manpower effectively during peak seasons and busy periods
5. Develop Skills & Improve Processes
- Organise training programs to improve staff performance and confidence
- Introduce better cleaning methods, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency
- Monitor results and adjust processes for better outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in hospitality or property management
- Strong leadership and staff training skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to high service standards
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills in English or Malay are an advantage
- Willing to work weekends or public holidays when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
