Description:
- Maintain full set of accounts, management accounts and prepare financial schedules (GL, AP/AR ageing report, fixed assets register, bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation) of portfolio companies.
- Assist in annual audit, tax return, quarterly reporting to group and authorities and other financial needs as necessary.
- Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast for portfolio companies, assist in compilation of other cashflow forecast from subsidiaries companies for submission to Group Finance.
- Ensure accounting records are compliance with SOPP - Group Accounting Policies (GAP), Companies Act, Income Tax Act.
- Assist Finance Manager in online payment coordination and documentation with subsidiaries in Indonesia.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience in property developer field.
- Well-spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in Sri Damansara and have own transportation.
